마린카운티 한국학교 사이트에 방문해 주셔서 감사합니다.
먼저, 마린 카운티 한국학교 교장으로 섬길 수 있어서 영광입니다.
마린 카운티 한국학교는 1994년부터 베이지역 북부의 교민들과 자녀들을 위해 설립된 학교입니다. 현재는 우리 교민뿐 아니라 한류를 사랑하는 지역
커뮤니티 외국인에게도 아름다운 우리 말뿐 아니라 역사와 문화를 가르치며 베이 지역 북부에서 한국인을 대표하는 기관으로 자리매김 하였습니다.
이제 그 역사와 전통으로 자리잡은 마린카운티 한국학교로서, 질적으로 향상된 교육 커리큘럼을 개편하고, 학교 이사단 조직을 재정비하며 꾸준한 교사관리 등
각고의 노력을 기울이고 있습니다. 또한 학교주변 대외기관과의 공동 성장을 위한 관계 개선에 성실히 참여하여, 지역 여러 단체 및 재미 한국학교 북가주 협의회,
교재 편찬단체와 함께 일하고, 내부적으로는 다양한 분야의 전문인과 학부모의 자문을 얻어 학생과 학부모 모두 만족할 수 있는 학습내용을 구축하여 왔습니다.
앞으로도 더욱 학교 성장을 위하여 지역사회의 관심을 높이는데 주력하고, 다방면의 후원확보를 위해서도 노력할 것입니다.

Welcome to Korean School of Marin County!
First, It’s such an honor and a privilege for me to serve the Korean School of Marin County,
The Korean School of Marin County was established in 1994 for the Korean immigrants and their Children in the North Bay. We now are credited for the representative of providing Korean language as well as Korean Culture and History in the North Bay at this present.
As a well-established Korean school with its history and tradition, we are renewing our commitment to the finest Korean education
in the North Bay. This effort is being made through the election of the new board members, design & implementation of new
curriculum, new/re assignment of teachers, and reorganization of classes. In addition, we will continually focus on bringing our
community’s attention and support to secure funds, while working closely with other Organizations in the bay area to share
information for mutual benefit.
